• Biometric authentication data (processed via hardware-backed WebAuthn)
• User account information (email addresses, wallet addresses)
• Video content metadata (file names, sizes, upload dates)
• Usage analytics (storage consumption, access patterns)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide secure video delivery and forensic protection services
• Authenticate users via hardware-bound biometric verification
• Enforce subscription limits and prevent abuse
• Generate forensic watermarks for content attribution
• Process payments securely through Stripe

3. Data Security

Verifore employs industry-standard security measures including:

• Hardware-bound biometric authentication (FaceID, TouchID, Windows Hello)
• Just-In-Time (JIT) key derivation - decryption keys are never stored
• End-to-end encryption for video content
• Secure session management via Privy authentication

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Privy: Biometric authentication and user management
• Vercel: Hosting and content delivery

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Verifore's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

Verifore provides zero-trust video delivery services with hardware-bound authentication, forensic watermarking, and secure content protection. Services are provided on a subscription basis with tiered storage limits.

3. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Verifore Technologies LLC to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

Subscription tiers include:

• Essential: $29/month - 5GB storage
• Professional: $49/month - 50GB storage
• Vault: $149/month - 500GB storage

4. Usage Limits

Storage limits are enforced per subscription tier. Uploads exceeding your plan's storage limit will be rejected. Free tier users are limited to 100MB of storage.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Verifore does not monitor, review, or endorse user-uploaded content. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and distribute the content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Verifore's services to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or forensic watermarking
• Reverse engineer or decompile the service
• Use automated systems to abuse the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Verifore are owned by Verifore Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verifore Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
